Just had an excellent stay at the Trump Hotel in Sunny Isles. The room was large, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with a full ocean view. The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. VRBO (my contact) was also fantastic—quick and easy to respond to any questions or concerns, and check-in was seamless. A perfect getaway! view

Location was excellent. Room was spacious. I did not like the Resort extra fees, $125 dollars x day and this not covered for clean towels or cleaning the room every day. I had to buy toilet paper and face towels as well because it was’t enough in the room

Great view of the ocean

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Much bigger than a typical hotel room. The view was perfect. Loved the customer service. The valet was always quick and enjoyed the beach chair service.

The room was owned by a private property company and the room was dirty, and literally falling apart. AC Air filter was disgusting, black mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall, wallpaper falling off the walls and the seams peeling, furniture and lamp shades dirty and damaged. Sheets stained, hair in the tub and sinks! And we were told it was cleaned and ready for when we checked in! For $340 night…scam/false advertisement. I took numerous pics and sent to the manager and she would never acknowledge the photos just said she would have someone come clean the room, at that point what’s the use with so much damage and stains.

Best Florida stay ever!!

Karen was the most amazing and responsive host. Felt really taken care of. She was responsive and helped us every step of the way including letting us know as soon as the room was ready! Clean inviting and comfortable room. Trump hotel pools and beach front is amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful. The View from balcony is really amazing!!! Will book any booking that Karen hosts again soon!!!

Great spot location anazing

It was coming off a ship and we needed two days of rest. The only thing I feel should be in it is a few paper towels and more Kleenex especially for people there on short stays . Owner is great I would highly say go to it. One more thing u need to fix toilet paper holder. Also because it’s older have one extension cord for charging phones and one possibly a small toaster. Five stars

Exactly what was expected

Fabulous ocean view from the balcony every morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Great location and awesome resort. I loved the fact the the room was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Gives you confidence that you actually get that ocean view when you arrive. The amenities in the resort were amazing. They let you hang out on the beach or by the pool if your room is not ready. On the way back our morning flight was canceled and while the check out was at 11, we were able to leave the bags at the front desk and enjoy almost the rest of the day by the pool. The service of the hotel was outstanding. Karen was a great communicator. Would definitely stay there again!

The carpet was very dirty with a lot of stains, the only 3 middle size towels, we tried to dry it, but becase of humid air, towels were wet always, it is not 5stsrs accommodation. There is not enough light in the room,. There was difficulties with flashing the toilet, the aircondition is very very loud, we had difficulties with falling asleep. Guests in the adjusent room were smoking and the smoke was in the our room.

Our two night stay was Ok. I expected the room to be pointed more toward the ocean and didn’t like that there were additional fees charged by the hotel itself. These fees are not in the description on Expedia. I learned about these extra charges after booking the reservation on VRBO which was disappointing. The room itself was clean but is aged and could use some improvement.

VRBO room. Charged $180 for housekeeping for ONE night. Non-cancellable. Trump host hotel charged $120 to use the pool and facilities! They would not help turn down the non-stop frigid A/C!!! and the 800 number for VRBO only was for making future reservations (FAT CHANCE!!) But guess who was waiting outside the room when we left? The Trump housekeeper!

The room was dirty the carpet must not have been cleaned for years with humidity the elevators in general fatal you have to carry the child 3 floors to get to the beach because the elevator does not work the pools are not cleaned as they should be
