"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. "Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late...

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"The location was the best A1 quality. Just a few steps and you were on the promenade and the beach. The staff didn't speak any English, there was always something out of food and the toilet was dirty. The toilet pair was almost always out of stock, so it was worth buying your own from the store just in case. The hotel was built with good quality materials.
