"Good size room, clean & with comfy bed. No bar on roof "

"Firstly, if you get a room that is not facing the pool beware where it faces. There is a mosque beside the hotel and they do have prayer calls 5 times a day, including 1 before bedtime and another at 6am. For those not used to it, it can be very jarring. Food is mediocre and expected for the price paid. Facilities are worn... I mean pretty old at this point. Overall we made do with what we had and my kid still enjoyed our little vacation. This place is due for a refresh but meanwhile, I wish them only the best. I would have given the hotel 3 stars, had they informed me about the possibility of being awoken at 6am."

"rooms were good & spacious, although bathroom was a little small. the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall which make it hard to use. the room was quite and sleeping was easy. nice pool area with padded loungers. despite the size of the hotel we allways managed to get somewhere to lounge."

"There's not enough staff during the check-in process. Other than that, the resort was wonderful. Great staff, wonderful breakfast, nice Spa, happy hour from 5-7 pm in the lounge and you can walk to a nearby hawker centre for food. If you're traveling with adults only, I would recommend staying on the Rasa side (for the extra costs)."

"The room was excellamt quality, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good with cooked options of local and European food as well as a good selection of buffet options. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that it is slightly outside georgetown but this is not a criticism of hotel. Excellent pool and gym. Great hotel"
