"The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider donut. It was the BEST apple cider donut I’ve ever had. The Graham staff are the kindest folks and they lit a small campfire at night. There were picnic tables and they even have “The Den” with a tv, board games and couches so you can hang out. The pool wasn’t open during my stay but I most definitely will return this summer to lounge by it. From The Graham, it’s a quick walk to Main St. where you’ll find wonderful shopping. For food, I had an excellent burger & pizza at Brio. They also have a huge assortment of homemade cakes. If you need to get away from your phone and connect with nature, go to Phoenicia and stay at The Graham & Co.!"

"Comfortable and cozy "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy and charming cabin. The location is perfect for the plethora of local hikes and convenient for small town amenities and other quaint Catskills features. We enjoyed the Phoenician diner and you are a short drive from Woodstock, Kingston and many other great Catskills areas. We unwound in the hot tub after long hikes and settled in for cozy nights with the working fireplace (lucky for us since there was a burn ban prohibiting outdoor fires). Our dog and us were comfortable and very pleased with our stay and recommended it to friends. "

"Everything was awesome!!! The grounds are incredible and so many places to walk around. Every single person of the staff was incredible. They were so nice, helpful, etc. and the restaurant on property is amazing. There wasn’t one item that wasn’t delicious. I would say the only issue is when it rains/snows. As it get muddy everyone. They have one road paved but would be cool if the other was paved and a paved walkway up to each cabin. But that’s such a minor thing compared to how awesome it is. Didn’t have time to check out their new spa but hoping to do that next time. "

"I host an annual women's retreat and this was our second year using the property. My guests love this hotel and gave us a reason to come back. There is the convenience of a strip mall right behind the property. Walking distance for those who wanted something to do, and it's 10 minutes from the casino. It was perfect ."
