"There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. This seems to be a common issue with hotels since Covid charging resort fees and not providing anything in return."

"Was only here for a night, but the front desk people and the general staff around in the morning were super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my new go to when I’m traveling to the area, which is often. One critique is I wish they had nice big visible cameras on every angle of the exterior to monitor to the parking lot."

"Very disappointed not to be allowed to use the Pool on day of check out. It was literally empty & they wouldn't look at me in for like an hour before we got in the Road. Bad ending to a nice stay."

"The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and beautiful. The kitchen and dining room is spacious and modern. The kitchen amenities could have been a bit better (no condiments, baking sheets, minimal spices). The sink was not draining well. Deck and basement could use some sprucing up and there were a few minor complaints that the host quickly responded to. There are plans for updates on the house this summer so I'm sure those minor details will be worked out. The lake, dock, kayak and paddleboard were great to have. The large fire pit area was also very nice. Pool was closed when we stayed so I'm not sure how that was. All in all, a great house."
