"When we got to our ocean view King suite ($300+ per night) the refrigerator didn't work. Maintenance then brought a new larger refrigerator to our room and dropped it on the floor in the room, we were not happy. Later as my wife and I were sitting on the couch in the living room area we noticed a large brown piece, of what we hope was food, sitting out on the middle of the room, easy to see that the maids had missed. Later when we went to bed I pulled the shades closed and 4 large roaches fell down off the shades."

"Not a luxury resort. Not on the beach. This is a clean, newly remodeled MOTEL. BEACH is blocks away. Some rooms share front doors with neighboring rooms. Very nice staff only available during business hours. "
