Whenever we visit Boca we stay at the Hyatt downtown and always have an excellent experience. We love the on site parking and great location with many outstanding restaurants within walking distance. A favorite part of our stay is the great breakfast with excellent service we receive each morning!

My husband, one year-old daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt place for five days for the first time. Staff were very friendly. There was construction happening, but it didn’t bother us. They were discreet about it and it didn’t dampen our experience. The room was very clean and room service was great. The free breakfast buffet was pretty standard. I wished they had a cafe, restaurant, or in room dining; I’d rather pay for better food. If you know where to eat then you’re set. The hotel is well run and it’s a pleasant experience.

The room was so clean! I got it for a great price, and I shouldn't complain at all. The bed, the sheets, the TV and the city voew were excellent. The only thing I wasn't happy is that I got the room after 3pm. The second concern was the remodeling projects in the byulding during my weekend. It was kind of loud and disappointing: why would I wake up on Sunday from a hammering sound ? People should be notified upfront. Other than that is was great- the location, the price, the cleanliness, the bathroom supply.

Very nice hotel with big room. My only criticism is that room was noisy from outside traffic. Better windows would cure that. Otherwise, staff were very nice, room was clean and roomy and breakfast was very good.

The location of the hotel and the hotel itself are good. The only minus is the extra parking fee, but then I am from a generation where parking was regarded as something 'normal', something that comes with the room, not a privilege that has to be bought.

The property is so outdated it looks like an old motel. It’s in a prime location. The carpets in the rooms are horrible and nasty all the cabinets from the fridge to the closet fall off the hinges and the bathroom and shower are disgusting. I had no choice but to stay there because where I normally stay was booked but i definitely won’t be back. Please update your property. And maybe tell your housekeeping not to yell I. The hallways talking to each other.

We were put on the 7th floor where the pool is and the gym. And it smelled and they put us right by the elevator. Never again. The room was decently clean. If i wasn’t so rushed switching hotels for my nieces wedding i would have checked right out. Never again
