"Property was a bit warn down. Doors missing paint, carpet looking faded. Shower wasn't draining properly/tile was installed incorrectly. But the biggest annoyance was that the roof top bar you see in all the pictures is only available to certain guests. "

"Front desk associates at both check in and check out were incompetent and not customer friendly. They clearly need a great deal of additional training. I wasted at least 10 minutes at check in and another 10-15 minutes at checkout due to their incompetence. They never apologized for the inconvenience!!! A horrible customer experience!"

"The rooms and I was moved from 1 room to another and they both was disguisting. Holes in the wood floors, holes in the walls and doors. Paint peeling, hair on the towels. The tv did not work, couldnt get not one channel. Sketchy people hanging around the building and in the hall ways. No elevator, the hallways was not clean. Just awful I would never stay there. "
