Bear Country is the largest property management company in Sun Peaks with many beautiful condos and houses to offer. One of the newest ones in the area is Village Walk #21. This luxurious 3-bedroom + den apartment with its prime location never sits empty for too long. With top of the line features and finishes, open concept designer kitchen, gorgeous dinning area with seating for 8 people (and additional 4 bar stools by the island), and sunken living room, you wish you could stay a lot longer. When the weather is cooperating, you cannot do better than throwing some steaks on the BBQ and watch the sunset. 3.5 bathrooms guarantee a smooth sailing throughout your stay. With 2 large flat screen TVs your tired children can use, we assure you the private hot tub will be there just for you to use. The unit sleeps 8 people comfortably, has 2427 sq. ft., comes with washer/dryer, private garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Village Walk #21 does not allow pets and is a non-smoking property.

Family of 4 with 2 grandparents! Was a great location for a family with young kids! Lots of seating and comfy beds. The primary bedroom was a beautiful place to relax and the bathtub was so luxurious! Will stay again!
Great overall experience. Kitchen has no essentials when it comes to cooking ingredients though. No salt, pepper, oil or basics so come with what you need! Equipment is well stocked though :) Beautiful home and great location. Lots of sleeping room as well
We had a great time, spending the weekend up there for 2 of our birthdays and biking. Surprised by the fact that there was a concert that was essentially out our back door. Only feedback would be having new dish scrubbies in the kitchen, as the ones that were there were all quite old and used.
The property was amazing, better than we thought it would even be! Just bring your suitcase and food, everything else was conveniently there! The only thing I would say it that it isn't ski-in/ski-out like other places we have been. It is a short (5min max) walk to where you can begin or end skiing. This was not a deal breaker, just a bit more of a challenge with kids...but overall, we would come back!!
