We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we could eat a lot of our meals in. We were close to the Orient, Morrisey chairs and the Nordic Centre.
This is a great unit for a ski vacation. Ski in and out was so easy. Parking was very convenient under the building. The unit had everything you will need for cooking meals in and our dinners out at Capones and Steakhouse were very good. Hot tub was well maintained. Communication was excellent with host.

This is my fourth year with season passes to Sun Peaks, and we typically spend about 20 nights a season there. Of all the places we have stayed at, this one was by far the cleanest and best ski-in/ski-out location we have had. Great communication from the property management company. Has a very cozy cabin feel as you are tucked away in the trees. Through the trees is the easiest ski in/out access. You literally only have to walk about 30 steps and you're on the hill. Would absolutely rent this place again.
Our stay in Settler's Crossing #37 was great! The condo was exactly what was represented on VRBO site. Very clean, bedrooms were on the main level which suited our needs due to mobility issues. Amazed at all the amenities (from salt and pepper to laundry soap and everything in between) that were available to us. Saved bringing those items with us. Beautiful view, very quiet and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We found this property to be perfectly situated- facing the hill and surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which made the hottub experience like sitting in the forest. The suite was comfy and had every amenity you could imagine- even had 2 different coffee makers and coffee provided! We loved the heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom and the cozy fireplace was welcomed after coming in off the slopes. A nice walk to the village and convenient ski in/out access to the ticket booth and Orient chair made our days easy from start to finish. What a wonderful way to wrap up our ski season!
We loved the convenience, cleanliness and coziness of this condo! It was perfect for our family of four. We ate in a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked. The heated floors and hot tub after a long day skiing were definitely a bonus. Would recommend!

We loved hot tubing in the evening and had we understood the mountain terrain better we would have definitely skied in and out. However, it would have been nice if the lifts were open earlier considering we were there for the Nancy green event and we had to be on-site at 8:15 am. The townhouse had everything we needed for cooking and also for having a nice rest in the evenings. It was easy to drive from our home to the mountain.
We spent 9 days here looking for quiet relaxation and that is exactly what we got. The condo was very well equipped and very comfortable, and being the between season the resort was all but empty so it felt like it was our.
My husband and I decided to take a quick getaway at Sun Peaks for our anniversary and this place was perfect. Slightly away from the main village, backing on to the golf course. It was quiet, bed was comfortable and the space was well looked after.
I appreciated the little things, like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, things that some property owners don't include that makes you feel more at home.
Hot tub was perfect, storage locker worked great for our 2 bikes.
Love renting from Tobias and Rowyn, their places are great and we definitely would look at this in the winter with our two boys when we come up skiing!
Comfortable, cozy and clean property. Location was a plus given the ability to snowboard in and out. Also there is tobogganing just across the road in the P5 parking lot near the Morrisey chair.
Good friends back in the 70s attending UOFS .. Great friends today .. thank u for allowing us to utilize ur fantastic facilities .. enjoyed all aspect of our stay..
