"We called for extra towels that never showed up. The ice machine did not work. In addition out air conditioning broke and i called the frony desk who said he would send someone and the person never showed up. When the air conditioner was working it made a horrible noise. We did enjoy thag our room led right outside."

"Think: motel from the 1970s. Loud rooms and only worth it if you pay less than $80 per night. We were over-charged and it isn’t worth it."

"The location of our unit was excellent, facing the lake. However, there was a chain smoker staying in the unit next to ours. We could not sit on the patio or open our sliding doors while he was outside smoking. There should be a strict "no smoking" policy even on patios. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Lagonita Lodge. It is next to the lake and a 20 min walk to the Village. "
