"This place was amazing. We stayed on the first floor, room 109, which has been upgraded. The pool area is amazing. 2 large pools, and two large hot tubs. There is one covered pool. I would say the covered pool area should be cleaned better (the surrounding walking area) and the shower has a lot of buildup on it in the enclosed pool area. Regardless of this, it’s amazing. We just used the outdoor pools and spas. There is a big fitness center. There are Sauna rooms which were really cool to find!...

"We stayed here because it’s a good price for the size of the room. 2 doubles and a pull out hide-a-bed for 4 adults. It’s dated, but clean and we like the larger room configuration because we stay a while in Tucson visiting family. 1 elevator was not working, only 1 ice machine was available, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Palm trees are a pretty touch. My spouse and I tried out the peloton in the gym. The tub/toilet room was tiny, had to fold my body down to use the toilet, not sure what...

"Everything was very nice and very clean. My only quibble, and it is minor, was that the previous guest had switched the TV to HDMI2 (probably to hook to a computer or Roku stick) and I couldn't get the remote to switch it back. A maintenance guy took care of it in very short order. The guest had also apparently unplugged the phone. Wouldn't hurt if "Turn on the TV" and Check for dial tone" were added to the room clean-up items. All in all, I'm very satisfied."

"The room was clean, albeit with a bit wear and tear. The staff were friendly. My main issue was with security. Someone attempted to open a rack that was fixed on out truck and we found they cut the straps and tried to pry into the rack. We approached the staff who did not attempt to either find video of the event as well as did not call us when the manager returned to the desk. There are alot of vaxant lots nearby where homeless live. Would reccommend staying somewhere else if you are travelling...
