The Bungalow - Charming 2 Bed/2 Bath Guest House on 2 acres in Summerville, SC

  • "The Bungalow" is a 2 bed / 2 bath guest house located on the grounds of Linwood, Historic Home and Gardens, a 2-acre Victorian era estate built in 1883. The house provides spacious accommodations for up to four guests with eat-in kitchen, dinning room, living room, screened in patio, private courtyard and garden. IT IS ALL ON ONE FLOOR. Bed linens and bath towels included. Amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, off street parking for two vehicles and use of the grill.

    We are located...
    - 3 mins to downtown Summerville with great local restaurants, shops and a YMCA for working out
    - 10 mins to Nexton Square with more great restaurants and shopping
    - 25 mins from the Charleston Airport (CHS)
    - 35 mins to Historic downtown (restaurants, shopping, carriage tours, etc.)
    - 40 mins to Sullivan’s Island (our favorite local beach)
    - 45 mins to Folly Beach (our second favorite local beach)

    The Bungalow at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. There is a main house and three detached guest houses on the property. The Bungalow is the house in the middle at the end of the driveway.

    Private History and Horticulture Tours of the 1883 Linwood estate are available upon request.
