"The room generally looks clean, but the floor is quite dirty. If you walk barefoot, your feet will get noticeably dirty. If it were carpeted, you probably wouldn’t even realize how dirty it actually is. Based on other guests’ reviews, I expected the breakfast to be better, but in reality it is quite basic and disappointing. The use of disposable plates and cutlery gives the impression that breakfast is offered mainly as an advertised amenity rather than something intended to provide guests with a good experience. The property also needs some maintenance in certain areas. For example, part of the ceiling in the pool area is open, and the carpet near the elevator (4th floot) is loose and forming bumps, which could be a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or children."

"This was a beautiful location, well kept outside grounds with a lot of space for the kids to explore and enjoy. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in at the end of a busy day. Location was close enough to Sylvan Lake and all that community had to offer while being a quiet peaceful place to unwind at."

"Perfect location to access the beach! We enjoyed the layout of the house for our group! (3 moms & 6 kids) Equipped with all that we needed to enjoy our stay. Owners were always quick to respond and info was very clear for check in and out! Thanks for having us in your home."

"Well, for a Motel not bad at all. I was really worried about the cleanliness, I travel a lot and I could tell horror stories. The price was really attractive so we took the chance. I mean place is older, smell not too great, it has been smoked inside at some point, but really clean. The owners really try to make the best out of it. Clean sheets, towels, fresh new curtains. I can tell they tried to revamp the place as much as they could. Freshly painted walls. Very nice people running it. And location, location, location."

"Family of 6 had a great stay here. Huge backyard and great deck to enjoy fires, BBQ's, lawn games, and the outdoors. Great communication throughout the whole process. So much provided made packing easy and stress free. Overall we had a great mini vacation and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely keep on our list for a return down the road."
