Venture Out amenities include: oceanfront heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi, a marina with fuel dock, convenient store and boat launch pickle-ball, basketball and tennis courts. Whether you're seeking a seasonal retreat or a full-time residence, this lot is ready to welcome you to the lifestyle of your dreams.

You MUST have your own RV. The community does not allow commercially rented RV's, or pop-up campers. Pets (2 max) are allowed, but must be taken outside of park for bathroom breaks and remain leashed at all times. Pets are not to relieve within the community property.

There is a one-time park entrance fee of $125.00 that you will pay to the park in cash upon your arrival.
