This luxurious home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. (I also rent units 109 and 111 on VRBO 4441696 and 4441714 in case you need more than one home.) Our home is third from the waters edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean can be seen from the bedrooms and balcony off of each bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning in 2023 the cleaning fee is to be left for housekeeping upon departure. Current amount is $225. This is in addition to the price you pay via this site.

Your boat, up to 25 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters directly behind the house. I pay for you to store your trailer off-site at Cudjoe Gardens Marina where the ramp is. Looe Key and American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys, along with the excellent fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina offering boat rentals. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located 15 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

Annual family vacation

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Most everything we needed was there and what wasn’t we went to the store less than 8 miles away! When we come back to the Keys this will be my first choice of places to stay!

This was a great place to vacation. Easy access to restaurants, recreation and Key West without staying in the hustle and bustle of it all. The owner was accessible and responsive as needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing get away vacation home

Place is awesome, the location is great and close to key west , super clean and house has everything u may need , the fact i could have my boat right in front of the house was priceless, definitely will be back . The owner is pretty responsive and always willing to help .

The Perfect Getaway Spot

Great location just minutes to Key West but far enough away to have a peacefully quiet and relaxing stay with all the comforts of a beautiful 5 star resort. The 2 Bedroom 3 Bath home has all the comforts of your home with all the little extras of a resort ie pool, beach, beautiful views. A definite must stay home when you are in the area looking for all the comforts of home while being on vacation.

Best Place to Stay in Cudjoe

John thought of everything! We were hosted in a comfortable and quiet unit with plenty of access to all things water related. The views from our balconies were spectacular. We spent a week in this spacious and well appointed property and loved every minute!

Restful Accomodations After Fishing

The condo gave us all the necessary amenities to rest after 3 days of fishing. Location was away from the noise of Key West and 15 minutes from the marina for a day of fishing. This is our second trip staying at sunrise resort and we will probably do it again next year. Condo was clean and had no issues and was right on the water to accommodate boating activities.

Very nice Oceanside home

Everything was just as described. Everything clean and in proper working order. New tiki hut by pool was very nice shade for reading poolside in afternoon. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Owner was helpful and a pleasure to deal with on all topics.

Christmas in Cudjoe

Quant home nestled back right off Hwy 1 (Overseas Highway). Beautiful scenery, wonderful accommodations! My teenage girls thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Fun seeing the iguanas sunning on the dock. Very quiet. Easy drive down to Key West for shopping and night life.
