"Our room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great. A few minor issues though: rust on the drain in our bathtub, a used old sponge was supplied in our kitchenette, no face cloths provided in the bathroom, and unfortunately both the mattress & pillows were very firm."
