"Central location, walking distance to good food, opposite has great massage and next door is good cafe! However, the quality of old towels are unacceptable, first day gave us two torn and stained towels, second day not torn but aged towels, third day only got white and fresh looking new towels. Hope they can solve the towels issue. "

"Dear Hotel.com Saya tiba di Bengkulu before schedule . . Dgn penerbangan take off dari CGK lebih awal . . Dan otomatis saya tiba di hotel AMARIS lbh awal , dgn hanya menunggu sebentar di lobby saya sdh bisa masuk kamar walau sebelum waktu nya . Ada cuma nya utk Hotel Amaris . . Yaitu : 1. Lobby hotel nya yg sangat kecil yg hanya cukup utk 3/tiga orang . . 2. Dalam keterangan FASILITAS HOTEL .COM utk AMARIS tsb . . Tersedia nya COFFE MAKER di kamar . . . Tapi kenyataan TIDAK TERSEDIA ....

"Le personnel est tout simplement fantastique, à l'écoute, serviable, disponible. Vous pouvez demander une réparation de clim un dimanche, ici tout est possible. L'emplacement est parfait prêt des cites touristiques et de la mer. Je recommande vivement."
