Een hele verdieping met een ruime badkamer, keuken, grote slaapkamer

Pros: De ligging. Bar om de hoek. Koffieshop en supermarkt op honderd meter. De veerboten vanuit Sulzano varen naar alle plaatsen aan het meer en stipt op tijd. de aanlegsteiger is om de hoek. Cons: De doorgaande weg loopt langs het huis en geeft wat lawaai. Maar als je dit op de koop toe neemt, geen probleem. De gastheer Daniel is top. Alle raad en daad, niets teveel gevraagd. Met zijn boot een toer op het meer gemaakt. "Service van de zaak" volgens Daniel.
