The staff was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The location was convenient and everything we needed was easily accessible. There is a 711 on the side of the hotel and Lawson across the street. There's a roof top also which is very nice at night. And the of course the bar below it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. "The hotel is right next door to JR Wakayama Station. It is a well maintained older style hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a good breakfast with lots of Japanese selections and enough Western dishes. The highlight of our stay was the friendly helpful reception desk staff who went out of their way to help us arrange our sightseeing of Koyasan and Wakayama. I recommend this hotel to anyone venturing to Wakayama."
