I called to see if we could fit 4 in one room and was told no. So I booked another room. Upon seeing the room I had already booked it would have been easy to accommodate my family of 4. But instead your hotel made me book an other room. We will not be staying with you again.

Rooms a bit small but clean and location was good. About 10 min walk from Osaka station.

The hotel is wonderful. The beautiful fish tank behind the reception, thd cute and lovely millions decorations make everyone impressed and happy. Each staff is very polite and helpful. However, the bedroom is not the expected size. Maybe due to the size is small, the layout of the room is straight and inconvenient. Just a tiny space to put your things, like handbags, cellphones, glasses, face cream and make-up. The pillows are not soft and thick. In short, very inconvenient.
