"For all the 5 star reviews about the bed being comfy, that's the only thing I did not like. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only stayed one night for business trip. Would still pick a Holiday Inn Express for their beds instead, but they were not available."

We lacked nothing for a memorable stay.The location was ideal for us. "Clean room. Some Dayshift staff was not so friendly. NO Diversity except for staff. I felt like I was in a Retirement Community at times. Very Boring at times to be Resort. Valet guys and Cafe on the Bay staff was very friendly!!!"

"Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. "
