Situated on a corner lot with many flourishing oak trees, gives this cabin a private setting nestled in a nice area of Sugarloaf. Located in Sugarloaf bear the Nation Forest hiking trails, Sugarloaf Park, skate park, and dog park. Local eatery Kallan's Bar and Grill is within walking distance. Just a short drive to the Lake, Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Living room has sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with combo washer/dryer unit.

OUTDOORS - Small side deck with gas barbecue, as well as a front porch.
