They came back forever in love and raved about the service, property and complete luxury of their suite. The upgrade was a complete surprise! We were so sad leaving St. Francis! The staff made our trip so memorable! Mary helped us with daily plans and transport. She was able to book everything for us. Cha Cha was our personal water taxi driver who always had a smile on his face! The cooks and the servers( Dely, Alex,Quami, PJ) were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. We were looking for quiet and a laid back atmosphere. This was it! The Bennett’s will be back!

Amazing resort I will definitely be back! I absolutely loved everything. One thing I did wish they'd consider is that microwaves were in the rooms and not be charged a $50 fee for a microwave, other than that everything was perfect! Best staff with exceptional customer service, the property was extremely clean with great amenities and beautiful beach.

"View was phenomenal. No sand mats .AC broken on arrival. 6 days to fix. Borrowed recliners from business 6 miles down road. Would like to send copy of texts from owners to us. Only 2 bedrooms had AC. Other bedroom detached was mainly their storage room. No way 6 people could have stayed there comfortably. ..."

"False advertisement on Hotels.com. Pool was not working. Beach was not as pictured due to hurricane. Front desk was very unfriendly. Forced us to eat our dinner in the room instead of dining room and then charged us double for dinner. Bar staff ignored us and charged us double the locals. Locals ..."
