"One of there pool was closed but they still had one open.So that was okay"

"Main pool was too cold, but everything else was great! After reading other comments from people complaining about minor things, we were skeptical—that is, until we actually arrived at the place. It really isn't how they described it; the place is perfect and has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, we loved the hotel and will definitely be back."

"Day time office staff was competent and professional. Evening shift was far from it. Power went out in one of the rooms I rented. Took front office 50 minutes to through a breaker that most people could have done in three mins. The rooms were clean. But permanent residents take away from hotel. Loud and loitering. Does not does not make patrons feel safe. I will stay here again but only as last resort. "

"Just returned from a 4 night trip with my daughter for Spring Break. This was the perfect hotel & location for us! We had an oceanfront room on the 6th floor - great view of the beautiful gulf and the pool deck below. The pools, lazy river and hot tubs were great, as well as the beach in front of the hotel. We ate at Fish Heads restaurant and food & daiquiris were good, view was great and it was nice that we could charge to our room so I didn’t have to carry my wallet around. Free breakfast at the hotel was really nice - but not a lot of variety in the four days we were there. We choose not to rent a car but rather walked everywhere - lots of shopping & restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely come back. Thanks to all the wonderful hotel staff!! "

"Excellent hotel. Conveniently located about 10 minutes or less from Navarre Beach and Opal Beach. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, spacious, and overall met our expectations. Breakfast was also good. Staff were very accommodating. Parking is easy and safe. "
