    All Brand New Beds!

    Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. This is one of our two units that we own in this property. Therefore, we can accommodate multiple families and groups.

    Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can relax in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. A charcoal grill is provided so you may enjoy a BBQ with family/friends.

    Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs.

    Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedroom suites (Master King Size Bed), complete with private baths and each including a mounted TV.

    Free Cable and WiFi are included throughout the unit.

    You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...enjoy!

Wonderful stay

Location was a very easy walk to the beach and the home was larger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of room for 6 with everything you need for your stay. We definitely plan on going back there again.

The property was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The storage shed in the back was a nice touch with some chairs and umbrellas and beach toys! The walk to the beach was very short and easy. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

Loved the condo and amenities - close to good restaurants and convenient. Parking was great too! Internet service on the beach was less than desirable but worked okay in the condo. The beach was not as crowded in front of Sugar Beach as it was down toward the pier, which was great! Already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful time. Close to the beach and not too crowded. Within walking distance to several food places/bars. 30 minutes to Destin or Pensacola. My only complaint would be the dishes were dirty that we were pulling out of the cabinets and drawers. Not anyone’s fault. Will absolutely stay again.

Great get away!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was never over crowded. Great place to relax and unwind. Beaches were beautiful and the beds were so comfy!! Definitely won’t be our last time. Everything you needed was available, even beach toys! We spent one evening playing monopoly! Host was great and easy to contact! Look forward to staying there again!!

Sugar Beach condo

The property was easy to find and access. However, it was not very clean. The tile floor on the first floor looked swept but not mopped. The stairs and upstairs carpeting have several stains. The bathroom connected to the 2 bed bedroom - toilet was running and needs repair, the shower liner had mildew and the floor mat had a lot of sand, showing it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The Master bedroom bathroom was wiped down, but the shower stall needed to be cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen had many useful appliances, however in the description it states spices, but only had salt and pepper. The patio was great, private and gave a chance to be outside and enjoy the evening, plus gave access to another route to the beach. The property was very close to Navarre Beach which we enjoyed. We did not use the pool.
