"Clean room and best staff "

"Room was clean and comfortable. One small issue is we were on the second floor and at around 1:30 am there was a bunch of noise out back for a few minutes that sounded like bottles and cans were being recycled. Other than that, the stay was good."

"Room was spacious and clean, beds very comfortable, staff very helpful and professional, room was quiet. Had dinner at the Garden restaurant 3 times every time the food and service was excellent. Unfortunately we couldn't say the same for the breakfast, service was very good, fruit, yogurt, and cottage cheese was very good, First day French toast was dried out second day you could only eat the center of the pancakes, the outside edge had a hard crust you could hardly cut with a knife and sausages 3 days in a row??? what about bacon in between??"

"The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The widows faced south which made it bright and cozy on our arrival. We dined in the pub and the food was delicious. The Garden Court for breakfast is lovely too and the staff are welcoming, with bottomless coffee."
