The 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 45 sqm) on the 1st floor is allergy-friendly and has underfloor heating. The partially covered balcony (approx. 20 m²) with seating and loungers offers a beautiful view over the marshland. Ideal for 1-2 persons, the living room includes a cozy seating area with sofa, armchair, coffee table, living room cabinet, satellite TV and stereo system as well as a dining area.



The kitchenette is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The fridge has a 4-star freezer compartment. The bedroom has a double bed with adjustable slatted frames, bedside cabinets and a large closet. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.



The initial supply of bed linen and towels is free of charge. Insect screens, a safe, parking space, lounge and bicycle storage facilities are available. WLAN and free telephone calls to German landlines are included.
