Private holiday home in a quiet settlement in the beautiful Kaiser-Wilhelm-Koog, in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park. 10 minutes by car to the famous seal station Friedrichskoog and the indoor play park Wal Willi.
Another 5 minutes to the climatic health resort Friedrichskoog Spitze with excursion destinations and a program for the whole family.

Very close to our holiday home you have free access to the dike and extensive bike paths.

Our house has about 120 square meters on 2 floors and was modernized and newly furnished in 2018.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds that simply become a double bed. The quiet spa is located in this room. Our older generation likes to sleep here because the way to the bathroom is the shortest from here.

The spacious living-dining room has a sofa corner, satellite TV and Bluetooth speaker as well as a large dining table with 10 chairs. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with a counter.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge / freezer, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is another exit to the 1200 sqm garden.

The bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower, and there is also another toilet.

In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer available free of charge. Iron and ironing board.

There are two bedrooms on the bright upper floor. A spacious bedroom with double bed and a large family bedroom with double bed and a 160 cm wide Ikea Hemnes sofa bed.

The garden has a large lawn and a new large wooden terrace. Garden furniture and grill are available here. Find on the property
2-3 cars easily space.

WiFi, bed linen and towels (not for the beach) are included in the rental price.

For the little guests there is a
High chair and a travel cot available.
