Podno grejanje Železnička stanica je na 2minuta, glavna autobuska stanica je na 8 minuta, a gradski transport je na minut od apartmana. Kafići, restorani, wellnes centar, znamenitosti, zabave, teretana, tržni centar, ATM, pozorište, galeria, bioskop su isto u neposrednoj blizini. Preporučujem parovima, a pogodno je i za poslovna lica. Glavni krevet je 185 x 200cm Pomoćni ležaj je 125 x 200cm (za jednu odraslu osobu ili jedno dete)
