"When we asked for another room because the a/c, telephone and internet is not working the housekeeper/maintenance slam the door at us and didn’t comeback. I NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM 6th FLOOR TO REPORT AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM! The room that was provided with us was splashed with alcohol, smell was too strong that it made me dizzy.
