The staff were excellent. Having a private pool was great. The rooms were okay. Shower and toilet had no pressure. We had to flush toilet several times and it was still not working which caused the bathroom to smell like urine.

Stayed Private executive cottage, liked small pool and colored lights. Bidet not working properly, service technicians working in closet part of day adjacent to my bathroom. Live music on certain nights, actual head office to go to can be confusing if you arrive at old office. Site is being updated to have gym and office space. nice place to eat and drink, Parking is safe on site. Site it isolated from most other things and private.

Run down resort, key card not working, low water pressure and no hot water available, the worst part I was not able to flush the toilet. I complained to the management regarding broken toilet and also trash inside the villa’s personal jacuzzi. Not sure they even do the chlorine treatment with the jacuzzi.

I stayed overnight with friends and booked Villa 3. As soon as we walked into the villa, there was a really bad smell. The sinks looked dirty, and the toilets were honestly disgusting. What bothered us the most was the security guard constantly checking on us. We weren’t being loud or causing any problems, yet the guard came to our villa three different times. It felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. For the price of this resort, I expected much better. There are cheaper resorts nearby that offer a better experience and more privacy. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. I don’t plan on coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to others.
