Spacious rooms and common areas. Restaurant on site has pretty good food with minimal selections. The rooms are set up very well for families and traveling with pets, we had a king room. Would definitely stay there again and try other Baymont Inns.

Bathroom was icky. The toilet wouldnt flush. The shelves were falling off. The bathroom door would automatically lock and daughter got locked inside. Door frame to to main room had been previously been broken into and was loose (it didnt lock right and we slept with a chair in front of the door). Towels were stained and water pressure was non-existent. Mostly disnt feel safe. Slept a few hours and left asap.

The guest that did the complaint was not a registered guest that paid for the room. I would like the review taken down, none of the information in her review is accurate or correct. We are a 4 year award winning property. Our reviews and scores reflect our commitment to guest services and customer satisfaction. The guest did not contact the front desk at anytime during the stay to inform the property of any problems, so we could assist or remedy. The door frame has never been scuffed, dented, and certainly not broken into, the bathroom door knob and lock was functioning and works exactly how it is suppose to. All of our linens are brand new and bright white. We have no shelving in the bathroom that she refers to as falling off the wall, they are a "built-in" that are part of the wall. The property received no water pressure issues from any of the other guests on any of the floors that night. The guest room was in perfect working order and surpassing all standards. The paying guest in the room did not post the review. Please remove the post from our property.

The staff was outstanding and extremely pleasant. The motel was really clean and the room price was extremely low considering the quality of all aspects of the motel. It sure was nice saving nearly $200 per night when comparing to a similiar motel in Rapid City - 25 miles away. I must add that the employee working the breakfast are was extremely accomedating and very pleasant as well.

Nice hotel but…
We were in town for a youth basketball tournament. The 3rd and 4th floors were without water. Like none at all. They did let us go to another room on the second floor to “shower” but there wasn’t enough water to do that either.

Awesome place!!!
My friend's and I stayed here cause the motels in Deadwood where too expensive for New Year's. When we got back to the motel from Deadwood, we were hungry, but the bar was closed. The manager had three pizzas left and her oven was still hot. We took two. She even gave us some pop while we waited. Awesome place!!!!

The hotel was as very clean and decorated nicely. We stayed in a Baymont hotel in Pueblo Co. and this one was far superior

Best hotel ever for a very good price!
It was very nice! Clean, newer carpets, no lingering cigarette smoke, just good clean air and surroundings! Decorated very nice with trees and lights- very pretty!! Very clean room that was very quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Heater was quiet so it didn’t wake me up every time it went on at night. Delicious breakfast! Even had Oatmeal Raisin cookies at check in!
