"The neighborhood is lovely - quiet, with tree-lined streets and many restored Jugenstil houses - but only two blocks from a streetcar stop with quick connections to the centre of the city. "This was such a pretty boutique hotel! The owner, Harald was amazing- so kind and gracious! My teen daughters and I had been to 4 hotels in 4 days and we all agreed that this room was the best! Everything was clean and modern, and comfortable…and beautiful. Honestly, I thought I had booked right next to the airport (it is a 5 minute drive but would’ve been a 40 minute walk), and considered cancelling when I realized my mistake, but I’m glad I didn’t! Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. "Everything was fantastic! Large rooms with lots of space, huge bathroom with a tub, extremely comfortable bed, and free drinks! I only have 2 minor complaints. First is that housekeeping should NOT be trying to get in my room at 8am, that’s way too early considering that checkout is at 12 noon. Second is that there’s nobody at the reception desk until 1pm, I wanted to ask about staying another night but nobody was there. Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location. "
