"No laundry service from Friday to Monday. The hotel bar is closed on Fridays, they never clean the rooms only change your towels. You will have to pay for the parking. The people working in the hotel are lazy and rude."

"Wie immer waren wir sehr zufreiden mit dem Aufenthalt im Balance Hotel. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber, Check In und Check Out waren schnell und problemlos, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker und das Service-Personal war superfreundlich, sehr aufmerksam und humorvoll. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon öfter im Balance Hotel und wir werden es auch immer wieder tun."
