Holiday Home in Stuer near Beach and Nature

Located in Stuer, this holiday home is perfect for a small family with kids or a couple. It comes with a private garden and grill for a wonderful vacation. The property borders directly on a 50-hectare conservation area and a cycle path. Ideal for going for a walk straight away, without traffic or long walks to the run-off area. The Bärenwald (approx. 20 minutes) and the Plauer See (approx. 30 minutes) can also be reached directly and easily on foot.

You can try horse riding at 100 m. Opportunities to try golf and watersports are available in the vicinity. The beach is at a walkable distance of 100 m to relax watching the sunset. Shops and restaurants can be found in Plau am See (approx. 15 minutes by car) and Röbel/Müritz (approx. 20 minutes by car).

You can have a great time in the garden enjoying the breeze and the greenery while you prepare the barbecue. Dogs are very welcome here and parking is available.

Ett härligt tillflyktsort! Vardagsrummet var bekvämt och elden gav en fin touch, Vi uppskattade det rena och välskötta köket, Dessutom var det fantastiskt att kunna ta med vår hund!

Elskede at bo her! Den private have var et hit med mine børn, Vi grillede middag hver aften, og området er så fredeligt, Bare en kort gåtur til stranden, hvilket var fantastisk for solnedgangsudsigter

Die Wohnung liegt in einem grossen und schönen Garten und es ist wunderbar ruhig dort, es gibt nur wenige Häuser in dem Ort. Der Garten ist vollständig umzäunt, also bestens wenn man einen Hund dabei hat. Die sehr nette Vermieterin wohnt auf dem Grundstück daneben und wir hatten ein paar kurze angenehme Gespräche. Bedenken vor der Buchung, dass wir vielleicht beobachtet werden, waren unbegründet. Zum Spazieren gehen gibt es mehrere abwechlungsreiche Wege. Nur zum täglichen Einkauf muss man nach Plau am See fahren, aber das ist der einzige Nachteil.

Det här stället är supergulligt! Jag åkte med min partner och vi njöt verkligen av elden, Området är perfekt för promenader, och jag provade till och med ridning i närheten, Skulle definitivt rekommendera!

Der Bungalow ist schön gelegen auf dem Land und gleich an einem schönen See (Moorgebiet) und man kann schöne Wanderungen mit Hund unternehmen. Bungalow steht auf dem Grundstück der Besitzerin, aber mit eigenem Grundstück, Garten, PKW Stellplatz und Sitzgelegenheit im Garten. Für Urlaub mit Hund ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir hatten ein schönen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses entsprach, abgesehen vom Wohnzimmer, der bildlichen Beschreibung im Internet. Das Wohnzimmer wurde neu eingerichtet, was sehr gut zum Stil des Hauses passte. Wir wurden von Frau Kaufhold sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben sie als sehr nette Vermieterin kennengelernt. Die wunderschöne ländliche und ruhige Umgebung tat uns Großstädtern sehr gut. Die kurze Entfernung nach Plau am See und Waren, luden zu schönen Ausflügen ein. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, eine unglaublich schöne Landschaft erleben will und auf Trubel und Luxus gerne verzichtet, ist hier in Stuer Vorwerk richtig.

Ruhig gelegenes Häuschen mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, schöner Garten mit überdachtem Pavillon.Lage mit unmittelbarem Zugang in die wunderbare Natur Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns. Sehr freundliche , immer hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Unser Hund war ebenfallls begeistert. Vreni und Steffi

Eigenaresse was niet aanwezig. Haar mail hierover hebben we gemist (Was er wel op tijd) maar ze had ter plaatse gelukkig ook redelijk duidelijk de sleutel weggelegd. Huis was keurig op orde en de omgeving rustig en mooi. Savonds kwam ze direct even langs, dus toch oké

Wir waren im September für 1Woche mit Hund zu Gast bei Familie Lebherz. Die Vermieter sind super Nett und Hilfsbereit, geben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und daher Optimal für Urlaub mit dem Hund. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters und ist durch einen Zaun bzw. mit Bepflanzten Sichtschutz abgetrennt. Somit hat man ein Eigenes Grundstück mit Abstellplatz für sein Fahrzeug. An der Ausstatung des Ferienhauses gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Es fehlt einem dort an nichts. Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt Weiterempfehlen! Landelijk gelegen huisje grenzend aan huis van de eigenaar. Vriendelijke ontvangst met uitleg over apparaten in huis. Het huis is gelegen bij een prachtig beschermd natuurgebied met meertje waar je fijn met de hond kunt wandelen. Plauer See, Müritz meer en andere interessante bezienswaardigheden als kastelen zijn te vinden in de directe omgeving.
