" The stay was comfort, place was clean, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean facilities. Small touches like a welcome pack, and flowers were great.
Furthermore breathtaking mountain not far away and green lush meadows, lakes and pine dense forests make it more attractive. "

"Beautiful location ideal to see and venture in and around Cornwall. The property itself is adequate although the carpets in the living room and bedrooms were dirty and grumpy and the mattresses on the beds are awful. We literally had no sleep for the 5 days we were there I’ve never slept on anything that bad before when being in holiday. Would I stay there again probably not I would seriously have to consider other alternatives when visiting Cornwall again, "
"Sadly we were disappointed with our stay at Rosecraddoc . The grounds are beautiful but accommodation and hosting disappointing. The apartment was clean and had the basics you need in the kitchen and nice bed linen. There are extra charges for wifi and expensive electricity. Biggest disappointment was the touch of luxury of the sauna in the accommodation - this did not work. It was used only to store the hoover and mop and bucket found housed there on arrival. You have to take your own towels and not even a bar of soap to wash your hands is provided in the toilet - rather cleaning product and cloth left out for you, which was kind of the feel and theme of place, starting with the initial meeting with the host - rather than a nice friendly hello we were greeted abruptly and with instructions of how the property should be left, which we appreciate not everyone does respectfully leave it in good order, but it was not the most welcoming of starts and the hosts did not reply to our query re: the broken sauna. The fishing lake is in need of attention as it is currently over-run with lilies ( beautiful to look at, but not good for anglers ) and the website needs updating, there are no facilities in the Rosecraddoc holiday village that can be used as these closed during Covid. We are sad not to be able to recommend; It feels it does not provide the service and value for money on offer elsewhere these days. Sad we cannot recommend."
"Starting with good points: Fantastic location and grounds, cannot fault. Great tennis court as long as you find out where the keys are. Size of accommodation is good. Not so good points: Information advertised about the property was wrong. There is only 2 bathrooms and not 3 as it was advertised which has now been amended. The electricity is now a flat rate charge rather than by meter reading. The cleanliness of the property needs to be improved, they clean only the main bits but windows were terrible and looked liked they hadn't been cleaned since last year, spiders and webs all over them. I had to fully clean the velux window to be able to open bathroom window so that bits and spiders didn't come in. Balcony, nice to sit out on, but cobwebs everywhere, i know it was in the country, but it had not been cleaned for weeks. There is cutlery and crockery literally for 6 people and no extras, so if you have breakfast, you have to wash cutlery for lunch or dinner. Beds are hard, so not comfortable. It was such a shame, such small things can make a massive difference. Would we go back or recommend, not unless simple changes are made as the reality is not what is advertised."
"This is an exceptional place to stay. The family is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are delicious and excellent quality. The room is well appointed and quiet. We were really well looked after during our visit and we hope to return before too long."
