"We had an overall okay stay, but there were several important issues that need to be addressed. The room conditions were not acceptable: torn towels, unpleasant odors, a mattress in very poor condition, and dirty bed sheets. Additionally, the cleaning staff showed a noticeably bad attitude, which made the experience even less comfortable. The elevator had a very strong smell, specifically of marijuana, which is quite ironic considering there is signage stating that this is a “100% smoke-free hotel.” The hallways also had a persistent weed smell. On a positive note, the Latina staff member who attends in the mornings was very friendly, helpful, and diligent, and definitely stood out for her service. Breakfast and coffee were acceptable, but nothing remarkable."

"No parking. No ice machines. Most cars parked in handicap spaces with no H/C placard or tags She could not print receipt because no paper in printer! We tried to get one at checkout but no one at desk,metal panel still down at 8:30AM. No carts Receptionist called someone to bring it down. No one came. She helped bring our things to room. Fridge did not work. Had to change rooms. 2nd room Water sounded like dropping in a tin bucket all night. Toilet stopped working at 11:00! NO ONE ON DUTY AFTER 11. Had to work with it all night!!! Told them in the morning and they said it would be fixed. Came back still never fixed. 1 towel and washcloth. 1 soap 1 toilet paper. Could not get another toilet paper till this morning since they lock it up! I tried to get another toilet paper when we returned to the hotel last night at 6:00PM. Was told no toilet paper. She did go and find one on the housekeeping cart. 2 other people were told there was no toilet paper."
