Godetevi una vista meravigliosa dalla vostra terrazza privata a Villa Pozani, situata proprio sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, nel cuore di Stresa.

Il nostro appartamento è un progetto creato con amore per me.

La casa dispone di un parcheggio, una piccola spiaggia privata e l'area circostante è caratterizzata da un ampio giardino con alberi e fiori, oltre a un'enorme terrazza comune con vista sul lago. Sotto l'edificio si trova un molo privato coperto dove gli ospiti possono ormeggiare la propria barca fino a 6-7 metri di lunghezza.

L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano della villa. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari, due condizionatori, due camere da letto, due bagni e una cucina moderna. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino, TV e tavolo da pranzo. L'appartamento dispone di un'ampia terrazza di 25 mq con poltrone e tavolo da pranzo per colazioni indimenticabili e cene a lume di candela. Se amate il barbecue, troverete tutto il necessario.
