"The view from this property is just spectacular. It has a comfortable and large balcony/deck. The bright living room is surrounded by windows which provides for breath taking views. The property itself is in a great neighbourhood, well placed for access to Stresa and surrounding area. There is a nice trail if you want to walk into town and it takes about 20 minutes."

She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions. "Wonderful spa, very good breakfast, very decorative hotel. Only negative is lack of sound proofing.. you hear literally everything from the corridor, doors opening and closing, guests talking, room service.. difficult to sleep after 7am."

"Staff were very efficient and polite. Gave some good places to visit in Stresa. The room was very small, one small chair and no table. Had to use floor to place luggage and belonging. Not a nice room, regretted staying at this hotel!"
