"They don’t even bothered to clean the room with the price they give .hired 2 rooms and my mother in laws disrespected too with this . After a long day out we expected to come back to the rooms with everything clean and bed been made up .so very disappointed I don’t think will stay in this hotel again ,carpet smell really dirty . They need to have a deep cleanup"

"Staff of hotel and restaurant are exceptionally helpful and pleasant, as well as flexible. The location is also really perfect, with short walks to the river in one direction and all the pubs and restaurants you need in the other. Rooms are very comfortable. The only downside is that one pub under the hotel had loud live music on Saturday night that was very audible in my room. It was a nice selection and if I hadn't needed to be up very early the next morning, I might have gone to the pub to listen. It went to well after midnight. But, earplugs were pretty much enough to address the problem."

"We had previously stayed at the hotel and loved it. We took the opportunity to stay over again and were not disappointed. It's often the second visit, much like the disappointing second album or sequel, but not this time. It was as before. The kitchen which we used this time had everything you could need. The staff were excellent happy to offer help, even when busy they went out of their way to make sue we had everything we needed. The breakfast set up works even when there are plenty of folks about. We really enjoy the atmosphere, everyone helps each other out, its really refreshing to see. We will be back, plus we've been telling everyone we meet to check it out!"

"We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 6 nights. It was a nice large space with a separated kitchen and living space with dining table and a second couch. Shower had nice hot water and good pressure. Fabulous gym on the property called Salt that has classes and open gym options (not included in stay cost, but super convenient location and welcoming staff there). We rented bikes so getting around was not an issue, short 1-1.5 mile ride to downtown area."

"We turned into the drive and as we approached the castle it was a real wow moment. The disappointment was that check In for our room was at the leisure centre desk, I so wanted to walk up the steps of the castle and take in the atmosphere. Saying that the staff were all very very friendly, courteous and loved petting our dog. The food in The Bistro was amazing, we arrived on steak night and it was cooked to perfection. The grounds were very peaceful to walk around, very well maintained. We will definitely come back and book a castle room"
