The property was very clean, comfortable and pretty. Both the double bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. I cannot fault the property and would highly recommend it.
We had great time and had everything we needed. Kitchen is very well equipped and mattresses in bedroom and sofa bed were very comfy. Views of the orchard are very calming. Place also has great location for visiting Warwick castles or Stratford-upon-Avon.
