"The Graduate by Hilton is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The staff were both welcoming and friendly. The parking was easy and affordable although in the evening the parking staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of cars needing to be parked. Still, everyone was very polite. The bar and dining area was comfortable and the staff there very polite and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Richmond. The location was safe and convenient."

"We were 2 years ago for a Nascar race. We didn't have to pay for parking., this time we had to pay $5.00. I know it's not a lot but I could somewhere else and not pay for parking. The air conditioning was nice and the fridge kept are drinks cold , when we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in NY, it wasn't. Everything else was fine."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mei's house! Communication was great prior to and throughout our stay and Mei made sure we had everything we needed. House was a very comfortable size for the three adults and one teen we were traveling with. Home was very well equipped with everything we needed and the location was ideal for visiting my daughter for her pre season soccer at U of Richmond. Will definitely plan to stay again next time we are traveling to the area with a big group!"

"Second stay at this property. Check-in/out was easy. House was clean and well maintained. Host was easy to communicate with when we had a question. They’ve even made some improvements to the property since we last visited in ‘24. Would stay here again!"

"The house is so cute and worked perfectly for our family. We had a small issue with the dryer and the host came to the house that morning to address it. Communication was excellent, parking is available in front and back. The neighborhood was nice. We were close to a lot of things. I would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area."
