Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave thermostat at 74 when checking out in the summer and 68 during winter weather.
Trash cans conveniently located in the back driveway.
Please remove only sheets and pillow cases do not pull off mattress pads.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
