I do like staying here, close to everything, room is safe and clean, breakfast is not included in the stay.$$, but there’s a McDonald’s not to far away.k&B

The initial room I check into was terrible and had bed bugs. When I found this out I immediately demanded a new room. That meant day 1 and 2 no sleep. I contemplated getting a new hotel, but I had 4 travelers with me that all had no issues so I didn’t uproot them. This was my 5th or 6th time at this hotel and my first real issue but this should never happen. I don’t believe I’ll be back even though the manager was very nice and did her best to take care of me.

Real family stay
We travel a lot and this by far was the best experience we’ve had. Staff was amazing. Any question I had or anything I needed they were there to help. The water pressure for the showers were absolutely amazing.The kids loved the pool. They were cleaning the hot tub during our stay which was a bummer but it’s definitely nice to see it gets cleaned. I will definitely be back. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed two nights there. I was in the second floor. The elevator was ok but the floor carpet in the elevator and in the second floor hallway had a very dirty look. Soo much stains on the floor! It smelled like skunk in the hallway. My room had an unpleasant odor. I am not smoker and suffer from allergies. I had multiple episodes of cough and had to take meds for that. There were tiny soaps and shampoo items in room. The decor was less than satisfactory. (My family stayed in this hotel chain, a few times, when my children were in colleges. I never had less than excellent experiences those hotels before).This time, I was shocked with the deteriorating conditions that I saw and experienced in snd around my room. I want to give high marks to the late night desk person for his politeness and his going out of his way to help me when I was leaving early in the morning. Thank you! Sorry cannot recall his name.

Lots of road noise
Well maintained property. Very clean with wonderful staff. Room was excellent. However, the road noise was loud enough to keep me awake most of the night. So LOUD!

Staff was very fast and courteous in helping us when I complained of a slow drain in the shower. They even made our breakfast that first morning complementary.

It was not very good. I use to love staying at Marriott, my first place of choice. Not any more. I will be looking a choice of hotels. My room had beat up furniture, marks all over way. Looked like mold forming in the shower. My room was not cleaned, no new bed sheets, towels, coffee for 2nd night stay. The tub had standing water from shower. I asked for another room after seeing it for first time was told no other room was available. This well below standards for Marriott. Not happy at all with my stay and I have rewards with Marriott

Hotel was in good condition overall. There was a small food and drink bar that was a plus. Whirlpool was broken but the pool was not. Several comfy public areas to sit and relax. Rooms were clean and had needed amenities, including a nice TV. However, the mattress (room 326) was not good, it sank, and made noise, and dipped down.

I liked the fact that this hotel was minutes away from Blossom Music Center. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that the hotel was close to a lot of really good restaurants as well.

Mattresses are too mushy as well as pillows. Towels should not contain stains. Realize you can’t get all stains out those should be used for cleaning. Refrigerator needs defrosting. Food was good but Mac n cheese was cold in middle. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Breakfast times
Hotel staff and amenities were wonderful however, we paid in advance for the bistro breakfast for two. The hotel staff as well as a sign posted in the lobby states that breakfast is from 7-10 am. We arrived at breakfast at 9:30 am hungry and ready to eat and was told that breakfast was over. We had to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere. This was the determining factor in not staying another night.
