The spacious apartments are equipped with modern facilities and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people in a comfortable box spring bed, extra bed with sofa bed on request). The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a bright and friendly living ambience. The garden has enough sunbathing space and also has a charcoal grill and a ping-pong table. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are also 4 bicycles, which can be used free of charge, subject to availability.

The city center with the historic castle is easily accessible via the footpath. Every year, there are numerous events for young and old - from children's cinema to classical concerts. Several supermarkets, bakers and shops can also be found in the center, within easy walking distance.
