Better than expected. Comfortable and clean. Somewhat modern. Location is on the fringe of the CBD. There is an a carpark directly beneath the hotel, reasonable rates. Within 15-20 min walk of the river precinct (to the south) or Roma Street Park (West) or China town (East).

We needed to check in quickly so we could catch a shuttle to the Australia Zoo and they were very accommodating. When we returned, our luggage was waiting for us in our delightful room. Everyone was wonderful.
