The staff in the lobby were helpful and friendly, the location was excellent for the west end. The room was quiet in terms of traffic noise. the lifts were not very efficient, the beds were very squeaky and creaky but not too bad for comfort.
The air conditioning was good. There is a fridge in the room which was also an unesxpected bonus.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to train station. Easy access to all of London’s tourist sites.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure staying here.

Great location & lovely hotel, unfortunately the lift wasn’t working, not staffs fault, but we did get an upgrade because of this, albeit on the 5th floor. Would definitely stay again
