"I didnt have breakfast. Room was clean but needed to do laundry. Not all machines were working. Shuttle ran on time."

"We were there for the weekend and we loved it. The hotel is located steps away frim the train station which is insanely convenient. We had happy hour and then morning coffe at the restaurant and everything was delicious. The parking fee was pretty tame compared with other hotels located in downtown dc. An unexpected LOVE was the coffee in the room. Whatever brand coffee pods they have, they make a superior brew. All in all, we will definitely return."

"I have stayed at the Best Western Dulles as I often connect on flights out of Dulles. The rooms are comfy, and the staff is friendly. I like the breakfast buffet, and the airport shuttle is great."

"Rude staff "

"Airport shuttle hours state they were until 10pm. I was in contact with the front desk 2 hrs prior to arrival. I let them know we would arrive at 930pm to which they stated, I would have to wait until 10pm. When I reached out at 9:35pm they said they couldn't pick us up because the shuttle had to be back by 10pm (it's 7 min one way). They suggested to take Marriot Courtyard shuttle since it was across the street. 3 luggages, a stroller, car seat and a one year old with plenty of communication and zero care."

"My second stay here won’t be my last. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to many great restaurants and two major grocery chains. The train station is just a five-minute drive away, and the place is very safe, with a late-night security check patrol. The only inconvenience was that the TV doesn’t accept phone sharing, and the thermostat is so tricky that you have to call them if you need to change it. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy! "

"First issue was the hotel desk clerk who had such a thick accent it was difficult to understand what he was saying. Next was everything was pay as you go. Whatever is typically free for guests at other hotels this place charges you for--(parking, breakfast)"
