The small 1-room apartment (approx. 30-35 sqm) is on the top floor of a small house with only two of these apartments in one of the oldest streets. The house was rebuilt in the early 1990s based on the historical model. Far away from the main road, 1-2 people can spend a relaxing time here. A free parking space belongs to the apartment as well as a storage space for a bicycle, for example.

The apartment offers a small single kitchenette with 2 hot plates and fridge with freezer, corner bench with large table, television with digital cable connection, a new French bed (140 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Free WiFi is also included.

Our small town is quietly located in the direct vicinity of the forest, approx. 7 km from the center of Stolberg and approx. 18 km from Aachen in one direction and the Eifel National Park in the other. The next bus stop can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, as are restaurants, ice cream parlor, snack bar and pizzeria.
