"Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small."

Stones throw from the beach, pier and rail and a 5 minute walk to station and a large sainsburys. Do try coco&rum - Thai food and service at its best."

"Stayed in the Wolsey apartment at the rear of the building. Instructions sent didn't state this and we were left wandering up and down the three floors of the main building looking for the apartment. In the end we had to call customer service for the correct location. The apartment was nice, clean and in a good location. However, the 5 spaces for parking were right outside the front door of the apartment. Although it stated free parking it was roulette trying to get a space. I don't know if...

"We arrived at 11 at night and even though the reservation was made 6 months earlier, they told us they couldn’t acomódate us because they have some issues with the building entrance code and the password they gave us didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it that night. Finally after somebody enter to the building we were able to get in. The apartment was very nice and clean. Great location. But the experience with the property management was terrible."
